We offer several options to help you on your journey: 1:1 accountability coaching (for men or women) or a six-week group coaching intensive (for women only).
If we email or speak on a complimentary consultation and decide it’s not right for you, we’ll gladly refer you to coaches we know, like, and trust.

About Raw Vegan and Plant-Based Coach Shari Gittleman


After helping a close friend and certified plant-based coach run her group coaching community, I decided to get certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in Nutrition, Transformation, and Health coaching.
Over the years, I’ve helped many friends and clients learn about the plant-based lifestyle. I’ve been vegan for over 15 years – and haven’t eaten an animal in almost 30 years!
I came to this lifestyle after a severe car accident, medical industry errors, overeating, and health challenges. I ended up healing most of those issues, lost 45 lbs., and healed mentally and spiritually from the past damages with a raw and high raw vegan diet.
After overcoming many common struggles, I love to “pay it forward” and help others do the same. I am especially supportive of keeping you accountable for the goals you set.
