I help people simplify raw vegan and plant-based living so they can get healthy, lose weight, build muscle, and feel confident in their bodies again.
While I’m not currently accepting new 1:1 clients, I’m always happy to personally email chat with you — and if you need a coach or a supportive community, I’ll connect you with someone I trust. My priority is that you succeed, whether that’s through my guidance, my resources, or someone I recommend.

About Raw Vegan and Plant-Based Coach Shari Gittleman

I’m a certified nutrition and transformation coach through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), with over 25 years of personal experience living plant-based — and more than 15 years fully vegan. I haven’t eaten an animal in nearly 30 years.
I came to this lifestyle after surviving a major car accident, medical mistakes, emotional eating, and serious health challenges. Through raw and high-raw vegan eating, I lost 45 pounds, healed my digestion, and rebuilt my physical and mental health from the inside out.

Before launching my own coaching, I helped manage a plant-based group coaching community — and since then, I’ve supported countless people through 1:1 accountability, education, and emotional support.
Now, I pay it forward by helping others simplify this lifestyle, stay consistent, and experience the freedom that comes from feeling strong, healthy, and clear-minded again.
Even when I’m not coaching privately, I’ll always be in your corner — and if you need someone to walk the path with you, I’ll help you find the right match.
